We hope you consider joining us for the 2014 FSOSP Golf Tournament. We think we’ve made some additions to the tournament that will make the event better than ever. This year the tournament will be held at Allendale Country Club on Saturday June 14, 2014. (Rain date: July 19, 2014) The registration fee per player is $125. This year we are requiring preregistration for all golfers. Your registration fee includes the following:
· Golf w/ Cart. (If the course is wet and we cannot take carts we will use the rain date. You WILL have use of a cart)
· Pre Golf BBQ w/ refreshments
· Gift (Golf Jacket w/ size of your choosing)
· Raffles
· Post Golf Clam Boil (BBQ available for those who do not eat clams)
· Entry into Door Prize Lottery (Free foursome to Allendale CC)
NOTE: Please Open the attached registration document and fill it out. You may return the Registration Form to any member of the Golf Committee. Alternatively you may mail it into the address noted on the form. Registration form is needed PRIOR to May 14, 2014. This is Required for 2014. Any information you need is likely included on this Registration Form.
