Our newsletters and various other communications are sent primarily via email. Sometimes these messages might not make it to your inbox for many reasons. Below are common reasons why you might have stopped recieving emails, or never received, them and what you can do to fix this.
Please note, our membership emails are sent from FriendlySonsOfSaintPatrickNewBedfordInc@wildapricot.org so it’s typically a good idea to add this email address to you contacts.
Spam
Many email clients use spam blockers to prevent unwanted mail from reaching you or you might have inadvertently marked one of the messages as spam. Use this article to guide you on adding our email address to your allow list.
Unsubscribed
These emails must include an unsubscribe option to comply with email standards. Often times this can be clicked by accident and you will no longer receive messages until you resubscribe. You can manage your email subscription in your portal under the “My Profile” page and “Email Subscriptions” tab. If you need assistance reach out via our contact form.
No Email or Incorrect Email On File
Sometimes we never received an email address from you or more likely make an error entering in the email address in our system. If you think this is the case reach out via our contact form.
